We pride ourselves on our close relationships with our partner agencies. As such, we have developed a range of innovative services designed to meet the evolving needs of organisations working with children, young people and their families, within early help and/or specialist services.

Child at the Heart – we’ve worked with schools, local authorities and supported independent accommodation for young people aged 16-17 years.

We are committed to providing high quality support to you to be the change you want to see. This means that every contact with a partner agency is unique and we will work closely alongside you to find exactly the right solution for your services.

We also support community projects who work to improve the lives of children and families in the community (please see our events section for recent projects supported by Connect 2 Families).
